You can add or edit the email address linked to your Shopee account via Shopee App or Shopee Website.

Via Shopee App

Go to the Me tab > Select ⚙ icon > Account & Security > Select Email > Enter Verify by Email OTP for verification > CONTINUE > Enter new email address > DONE. After this, you’ll need to verify your new email address via the verification link that was sent to your inbox. 

Via Shopee Website

Select your username > Select My Account via the dropdown list > Select Change beside Email > Enter Password for verification > Confirm > Enter New Email Address > CONFIRM. You’ll then need to verify your new email address via the verification link that was sent to its inbox. 

⚠️ Note

Each email address can only be linked to one Shopee account.
